The Assessment, Evaluation, and Organizational Development team is unique – in that we support the work of various offices, units, and departments throughout the entire Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life.

Assessment Day
Assessment Day is an annual hybrid, full-day, professional development program that brings together people from across campus to discuss trending topics and ways to assess more effectively.
Assessment and Evaluation Learning Community
Join a group of colleagues from across campus to discuss and learn more about Assessment and evaluation. The monthly meetings can cover topics such as Student dashboards, assessment design, or just to get your questions answered!
Student Affairs and Campus Life Impact Report
The annual Impact Report is a collection of submissions, accolades, achievements and recognitions that highlight the work of UC San Diego's Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life.
Student Centeredness
AEOD facilitated a student feedback campaign to develop the university's Statement on Student Centeredness, which has since evolved into an initiative that guides our efforts in the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life.
Anti-Racism
The Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life regularly evaluates how our work could more immediately address racist policies and procedures – by way of a series of Commitments to Address Anti-Blackness and subsequent annual progress reports.
2019-2024 Strategic Plan
The five-year Strategic Plan guides the work of our division and ensures we focus on the most critical areas for current and future students. AEOD supports the crafting, implementation, and assessment of the Strategic Plan.
Program Review
AEOD facilitates comprehensive reviews to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Student Affairs and Campus Life programs/services, while determining their impact on student success. To learn more, send us an email.
