Were here for you!
Transitioning to life at UCSD can be challenging as students must learn to balance academic, social, financial, physical, and emotional demands. Over the course of your university experience, this time of dynamic personal and professional development may be punctuated by periods of loneliness, depression, anxiety, relationship, or motivational concerns.
Gentle coaching and support can help you negotiate your path with greater energy, self-efficacy, and equanimity. Even students who transition smoothly find that learning resilience and improving emotional and psychological intelligence may enhance their performance and interpersonal relationships, increase their self-confidence, and provide life skills necessary to meet personal and professional goals.
Confidential, no-cost P&CS services are available to you for individual counseling, group counseling, workshops, and other activities designed to accommodate your individual needs and support your growth during your journey at UCSD.
